When you buy this electronic gift card, the recipient will get an email notifying them of your purchase. They can use the gift card for up to 1 year from the purchase date.

If the gift card amount does not fully cover the cost of their chosen coaching session(s), the recipient must pay the remaining balance electronically when redeeming the card.

The recipient must agree to Eat For Health’s Waiver of Liability and Service Agreement at the time of their redemption of their e-gift card.

Eat For Health LLC reserves the right to adjust our prices at any time and for any reason.

In some cases, Eat For Health may refer clients to a different practice if we feel they would be better served there. If we choose to refer or to withhold their coaching session with them for any reason, the value of the card can be used for a different individual. However, if the 60 minute coaching session is scheduled and held with the client, the e-git card will be considered redeemed, and can no longer be redeemed for a second individual, even if Eat or Health refers the original client’s case to a different practice after their coaching session.
